CCMS can help you to organise chamber groups by putting you in contact with other like-minded musicians.
Chamber groups are encouraged to perform at our Michaelmas and Lent term concerts, and can also present a more substantial programme in a recital in the Chapel.
Recently we have formed a string quartet who performed Dvorak’s American Quartet, and a string quintet who performed Schubert’s String Quintet in C major. A vocal trio also performed very successfully at the CCMS garden party at JCR garden party 2013.

CCMS also welcomes chamber groups from across the university and elsewhere to perform recitals in the Chapel throughout the year. If your chamber group would like to perform a recital, please contact the Recitals Manager.
